STACKED - A 'MELT & MAKE' SCULPTURAL CANDLE WORKSHOP

STACKED is an extended, relaxed social candle workshop focused on sculptural form, balance, and surface finish.

This Melt & Make session is designed to be enjoyed slowly, together. Participants work through multiple stages of making — melting and forming wax elements, stacking and assembling sculptural forms, refining details, and finishing pieces with a protective lacquer.

You’ll explore proportion, colour, and texture, with guidance throughout and plenty of time to pause, chat, snack, and enjoy the process.

Most participants leave with two to three sculptural candles, depending on pace and complexity, with a combined value greater than the workshop cost.

No prior candle-making experience is required. Everything is guided, and beginners are very welcome.

Melt & Make workshops are relaxed, social studio sessions guided step-by-step through sculptural candle making.

You’ll work hands-on with wax, form, and finish - pouring, shaping, embedding, and assembling pieces at an enjoyable, unhurried pace.

Most participants leave with two to three finished candles, created during the session.

No experience is needed - everything is guided, and the focus is on enjoying the process together.

Workshop Pace & Duration

Workshops run for up to 4 hours, allowing time to make, set, finish, snack, chat, and enjoy the experience without rushing.

There’s space to pause, socialise, and move comfortably through the process.
The atmosphere is warm, relaxed, and welcoming, with guidance throughout.

What’s Included

All materials, tools, moulds, and finishes are provided.

Tea, coffee, water and light studio snacks are available throughout the session.

Please wear comfortable clothing you don’t mind getting a little wax on.
